If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or change your reservation more than 48 hours prior to your reservation you will not be penalized. If you do not show up for your reservation or if you cancel within 48 hours prior to the reservation time you will not be eligible for any refund.
We may cancel your reservation at any time due to unsafe weather and/or boating conditions, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your reservation you will be issued a full refund.
