Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Yes, you must cancel your trip 24 hours in advance prior to your everglades tour by phone or email. Any less than that will result with no refund with the exception of inclement weather decided by our staff or your Captain. The Airboat ride may be rescheduled based on availability.

Note : We monitor weather daily we will not go out in a storm or lightning and jeopardize the safety of Captain and passengers. This will be a decision made by the Captain as to Cancel the trip due to bad weather. Note upon booking your Captain will advise you on weather conditions and what to be prepared for. Winter time it is 10 to 15 degrees cooler on the airboat while it is moving.
