Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customers will receive a full refund or credit by calling the day before your scheduled cruise of a cancellation. Customers will also receive a refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather, unforeseen circumstances or if we have to cancel 2 hours prior to cruise time (except for mornings which will get cancelled the day before) for not meeting our minimum amount of passengers for the cruise to go out. No refunds will be given for being late, having No-shows in your group or Cancelling your booking the day of without calling the day before your cruise.

Note : Decisions are made by the Captain. If the weather happens to be bad, we will postpone the cruise by 30 minutes to let the rain pass so we can continue on as normal. After the 30 minutes if it is still to the point where it will not stop or there is too much lighting in the area and the Captain cancels the cruise, you are more then welcome to reschedule to a different day, get a raincheck that's good for 1 year or get a refund. This won't be determined until everyone has checked in at the Pirate Store the day of your cruise. If the cruise goes out and we are 30 minutes into the cruise and the Captain has to turn around due to weather, customers are more then welcome to reschedule to a different day, get a raincheck that's good for 1 year or get a refund.
