Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Refunds for client-initiated cancellations are only available if the charter is cancelled 30 days before the charter date. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the charter, the client will have one year to reschedule the charter. Refunds are provided if the charter is cancelled by the crew due to weather or mechanical issues.

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance will be due 5 days prior to the charter. In the event of a cancellation within the 5 days, there will be a 50% deposit refund. If the charter is canceled within 48 hours of the charter, no refund will be issued.
