Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If Renter cancels his / her reservation at any time, Renter shall forfeit $250 of the total rental cost. If the cancellation is within 1 week of the rental date no refund will be given.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : If the cancellation is due to inclement weather, then the rental cost will be applied to an alternate date. If inclement weather causes the rental period to end prematurely, the rental rate shall be prorated based on the time used.
