Ladd’s Landing Marina, also known as Tudhope Sailing Center, has been serving the Champlain Islands boating community for more than 30 years. Under the stewardship of Doug Tudhope, Rick & Kim Suprenant, and, since April 2007, Dan & Emily Clark, the marina has grown to provide services summer and winter for more than 150 sail and power boats. The docks are open for the season from May 15th to October 1st, weather permitting.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Boat rental reservations are secured with a 50% HOLDING DEPOSIT.
The HOLDING DEPOSIT is to hold the boat for you and is non-refundable - as we will have told other potential renters that the boat is unavailable.
Refunds will be issued only in the case we are able to re-rent the boat for the date(s) of your reservation, or in the case of bad weather or equipment issues.
