Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Bad weather with unsafe conditions such as lightning or high winds will result in a manager making the decision 2 hours prior to your start time and could result in either a cancellation with a giftcard issued to use at a future date good for one year or push back to a later time. We will not send out a boat in unsafe conditions
Unfavorable weather such as cloudy, cold or chance of sprinkles is not considered a bad weather day and will not result in a raincheck
