Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : If you need to reschedule or cancel a cruise, shuttle, charter or water taxi please call (573) 434-2627. To be sure we receive your request, cancellations by text or e-mail will not be accepted. Except for charters, refunds are given for cancellations prior to 30 days before departure date, less the 4% convenience fee.
