If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Pelican Bay at Cherry Creek has a 7-day cancellation policy for all boat reservations.
Cancellations made one week before the first rental day will receive a 50% deposit refund.
If it rains, refunds are given. Wind and temperature are not refundable.
