Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellation. If renter cancels his/her reservation within 24 hours renter shall forfeit deposit, and all monies paid. If Renter cancels his/her reservation within five (5) calendar days of the reservation date, Renter shall forfeit the deposit, be charged $100, and be refunded the remainder of the rental amount. If renter does not timely show up (NO SHOW) for designated reservation Renter will forfeit the full amount of the rental and deposit.

Pets allowed : No

Note : If the cancellation is due to severe or unsafe weather as determined by Islands, then the deposit and rental will be applied to an alternate date or refunded in full. If severe or unsafe weather as determined by Islands causes the rental period to end prematurely, the rental rate will be prorated based on the time of return of the Equipment used.
