Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 10 days or more prior notice of cancellation. If you contact us after 10 days we will pro-rate the reservation as follows:

10 days or more prior to start of rental 100% refund
7-9 days 75% refund
4-6 days 50% refund
3 days or less 0% refund

Contact us by phone to modify your booking or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
