If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : For a full refund Weekly and multi-day reservations require 7 day notice. All multi-day cancellations less than 7 days will be given a gift certificate for a future rental.
For a full refund daily rentals require a 48 Hour cancellation request.
Cancelling less than 48 hours prior to the rental will receive a credit for a future boat rental.
