Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation incur a 100% charge
Customer cancellation within 7 days of rental will incur a charge of 50% of the total rental.
All deposits are nonrefundable

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : If it storms we may cancel, but in light rain we still go out.
If we cancel due to weather, then we will refund you with a 10% card charge, or you can reschedule to different date this same season.
