Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : All reservations are subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy. Full refunds will be awarded to those cancelling outside of 24 hours of their reservation time. Reservations cancelled inside of 24 hours of their reservation time will be charged half the ticket price. No shows will not be rewarded a refund. Reservations made inside 24 hours of the reservation time will be considered " locked" or confirmed at the time of the reservation.

Note : Weather is the only exception to the cancellation policy. However, please understand that we are on an Island and we do not always have too much of an advanced warning for pop up storms. They are common in the summer and will often pass through quickly allowing activities to resume. Also the weather on one end of the Island may not reflect the weather at our location. If we need to cancel activities due to weather we will contact you at our earliest convenience.
