Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : We never hold weather against anyone! The weather does change frequently and sometimes when it rains the sun comes back out 15 minutes later, so we will make the call on the day of the trip if we need to push or pull the time or change to another day that works for your group. If we exhaust all those options and couldn’t get you on the water due to weather, it’s a 100% refund. We hope that you would like that refund to be on a gift card that you can redeem at a later time! We do recommend that you try to book with us on one of your first days in town so we have days we can push to if need be. If you need to cancel for something outside of weather like unfortunately someone is sick, we ask that you do that at least 48 hours in advance of the trip. If its within 48 hours and you must cancel because of something outside of weather than there is a $100 cancelation fee.
