Renters who cancel at least 3 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid.

Note : Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Note : If it is raining in the early morning, the weather often clears by 10am. Check the overall day forecast, before making the decision to cancel your reservation.
If it is raining at the time you are scheduled for check-in, it may be possible to delay your check-in time. Please call us so we can try to accommodate a later check-in. The full days rental will be charged so please keep an eye on the weather a few days before your rental date so you can follow the above cancellation policy.
Thunderstorms: If there are thunderstorms here at the marina at your scheduled check-in time, no boats will be allowed to leave until the thunder has stopped. You may cancel your rental for a full refund only if it is thundering/lightning at the time of your check-in. Cloudy days ARE boatable days.
