If you’re looking for a great way to spend the day, come rent a Pontoon from us on Lake Norman. Waterdog Boat Rentals is locally owned, family operated and we make renting boats an enjoyable and relaxing experience. We do our utmost to keep all of our pontoons in great condition. All renters are run through a very thorough check list and our staff make sure each renter is very comfortable with the operations before they leave the dock. All boats are supplied with enough life jackets for everyone, as well as all safety and emergency equipment.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : -To receive a full refund, cancellations must be requested 72 hours prior to your reservation date.
-Weekly or multi-day rentals, cancellation notice must be requested 7 days prior your reservation date.
-No refunds for reservations made on Holidays or Holiday weekends.
-No-shows or cancelling day of will be charged full rental rate.
-We do not cancel or reschedule reservations based on weather (except for extreme cases)
