Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customers will receive a full refund with at least 7 Days notice of cancellation.
Less than 7 day reservations are non-refundable but a credit will be applied for another day (if the boat is not booked).
Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Any parties that show up later than 30min will be considered a “no show” and your reservation will be canceled with no refund.
