Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel 10 days or more from the date & time of your booking. If you cancel within 10 days of your booking you will forfeit the entire amount of your deposit. You must call us at 775 400-6677 to cancel.
