Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Refunds will be given in full if cancelled 14 days in advance. Gift cards are given for anything under that time up to day before the reservation. No refunds due to weather once activity is started. Full refund, rebook or gift card will be given if we decide the weather is not safe to be on the lake and activity has not started.

No shows and same day cancellation will be charged for activity. You must book a new reservation if you miss yours. Please make sure to arrive on time.

If per chance you miss a reservation and we move it same day, there will be a $100/boat charge. Also, if the tour is moved and weather cancels it, the new reservation is not eligible for a refund.
