Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Deposits and charter amount due are non-refundable within 3 weeks of your charter. Unfortunately we have no control over the weather, and we do our best to reschedule you for another time if it works with your schedule. All of the other companies have a similar policy, if not a more expensive deposit than we do. No cancellations within 21 days of the charter. Credit card will be billed in full for charter and the captain service fee.

Pets allowed : No

Note : You will get your money back, minus the deposit. There is a lot of time that goes into prepping these yachts and party boats before a charter on a weekly basis, so we cannot afford to refund the deposit. If for some reason a charter is cancelled due to weather, if you split the deposit costs between all members of your party, you are only out roughly $15-$20 per head.
