Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : 1. All cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of a rental, regardless of circumstances, are charged a $125 cancellation fee, exclusive of 6% non-refundable booking fee. All cancellations must be made in writing to info@wakeriderz.com.

2. All cancellations made within 48 hours of a rental or no call/no shows the day of a rental, regardless of circumstances, are non-refundable. You will be liable for the total amount paid.

3. No refunds are given once a rental has started or completed.

4. Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes early for parking and entry. Late arrivals will not be compensated with additional time.

Note : 1. Inclement weather includes pouring rain, extremely rough water conditions, lightning or extreme temperatures. Inclement weather cancellations are made at the sole discretion of Wake Riderz and based on radar readings and lake conditions for your scheduled time of departure.

2. Inclement weather cancellations are fully refundable (less 6% non-refundable booking fee).

3. Before cancelling, the option to reschedule for another date and/or time will be offered. Any difference in pricing will not be adjusted. Reschedules may remain on file as a credit for up to 1 year.
