Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : To confirm a booking, customers must pay a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
This deposit is non-refundable for any reason.
In the event a customer wishes to change their booking, the deposit amount will apply to the new booking.
The remaining 50% will be charged upon check-in.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
No weather refunds, however we will provide a rebooking or credit in the event of severe weather.

If there is a mess that needs cleaned, renter must return the boat at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled return time.
Pet’s are not allowed on paddle sports rentals.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.
