Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, Lake Toxaway is NC's largest PRIVATE lake. There is NO public access and no outside boats are permitted on the lake. We are happy to rent to the guests of owners and to visitors of the Greystone Inn. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Cancellations: Will be accepted @ time of rental only in case of bad weather on the lake @ that time. All other cancellations must have 7 days notice, or deposit refund will be subject to only ability to re-rent the reserved time, less a $25.00 booking fee.
