Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : No refunds are issued for cancellation of rentals in holiday or special event rental seasons even if cancelled according to published guidelines.
For Small boats: If cancelled outside 48 hours of the arrival date, a penalty of half the daily rate per unit, plus tax (where applicable) will be assessed and the remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations requested WITHIN 48 HOURS prior to arrival will result in NO REFUNDS BEING ISSUED. Written notification of cancellation required to process a cancellation.
For Houseboats: Cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival, a penalty of $250 plus tax (where applicable), per unit cancelled will be assessed and the remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations requested WITHIN 45 DAYS prior to arrival will result in NO REFUNDS BEING ISSUED. Written notification of cancellation required to process a cancellation.

Pets allowed : No

Note: Dog-Friendly Units where allowed - only applicable to dogs - no other types of pets are allowed. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $25 per night, per dog for lodging (a maximum of $100 per dog) and $100 fee per dog for houseboat rentals. “Dog-Friendly Unit” must be requested at the time of booking. No cost associated with certified service animals, unless there is damage or clean up required.

A signed liability waiver, valid ID and credit card are required at check-in. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the rental without refund.
