If cancellation is received at least 24 hours prior to beginning of reservation, a 100% refund will be given. If cancellation is received within 24 hours prior to beginning of reservation, the entire deposit will be forfeited, except when adverse weather conditions exist. Adverse weather conditions are defined as rain and/or high wind. Overcast does not qualify as adverse weather. If guest does not arrive within one hour after reservation time, boat will be released and may be rented to someone else. Full amount of reservation (except in adverse weather conditions) will be charged if guest returns boat early.
