Customer cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee and must be given with 1 full day's notice before the scheduled rental to receive a refund. If a boat is unavailable at the time of rental, a refund can be issued by the manager if the customer cannot reschedule. Refunds will not be issued for partial rentals. Reservations may be canceled by Lago Rico, Inc. due to inclement or impending inclement weather. Boat rentals can be rescheduled to a different date/time slot with 1 day's advance notice, subject to availability.
