All reservations are subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled outside of 24 hour will receive a full refund. If you cancel inside of 24 hours the charge will be half of the scheduled activity. No shows or missing your trip time will not be refunded. Weather of course is an exception. Island Water Sports will call you if we are not able to run a trip. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us to discuss.
