Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : If you cancel 3 days (72 hours) or more prior to your departure you will be issued a full refund. If you cancel 1-3 days (24-71 hours) prior to departure there is a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel 24 hours or less to departure there is no refund. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
