Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations during normal, non-holiday weeks and weekends are as follows: Cancellations made prior to one (1) month of the beginning of the activity are entitled to a full refund minus a $100 booking fee. Cancellations made between one (1) month and one (1) week of the beginning of the activity are entitled to a refund in the amount of half of the rental rate. Cancellations made within (1) one week of the beginning of the activity are not entitled to a refund. Cancellation requests must be made via email to sales@sevensports.com. Phone cancellations will only be acknowledged when also accompanied by an email request.

Note : You may be entitled to a rain check or refund minus a $100 booking fee during named storms or inclement weather at the discretion of the company only. The unique geography of the Keys provides for protected boating during any wind direction, therefore, windy days or passing showers may or may not be considered as entitled to a refund at the discretion of the company.
