Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations made prior to one (1) month of the beginning of the activity are entitled to a full

refund minus a $100 booking fee. Cancellations made between one (1) month and one (1) week of the beginning of the activity are entitled to a refund in the amount of half of the rental rate. Cancellations made within (1) one week of the beginning of the activity are not entitled to a refund. Cancellation requests must be made via email to sales@sevensports.com. Phone cancellations will only be acknowledged when also accompanied by an email request.
