Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Weather forecasts, even the day before, are notoriously inaccurate. FLBC has the sole discretion to cancel a
rental on the morning of a rental due to extreme weather. Do not expect cancellations due to potential
conditions prior to the morning of the trip. If FLBC cancels the trip due to extreme weather or poor lake
conditions, we give our customers the option to reschedule their rental or, if it can’t be rescheduled, a full
refund will be made. For half day rentals, a cancellation or delay (such as due to thunderstorms, will not
extend your rental period if the boat is already rented for the afternoon.
• 30+ days prior to your reservation, you may cancel and receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee;
• 15-29 days prior to your reservation you may reschedule within 30 days pending availability but will not
receive a refund for cancellation.
• For multi day reservations 0-14 days prior to your reservation you may not reschedule or receive a refund.
• Weekday single full day or half-day rentals may be cancelled on 48 hours’ notice with only the $25.00
processing fee.
