Guests born before 1988 may operate a jet ski with a valid Photo Id. If born after 1988 must meet one of the following Criteria: They have a Temporary Florida Boater's Certificate They are riding with someone born before 1988 Must be at least 16 years of age to operate a PWC Must be at least 6 years old to ride on a PWC
