Please note once you book there are no cancellations or refunds given whatsoever. However, in case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances you will receive a credit or full refund. Temperature, wind, clouds and rain does not constitute a refund. Please be patient with us if there is a delay...usually it is not our fault as rides can be delayed due to traffic on the water or a slower group of riders. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price and you will not receive a refund. Must arrive 30 minutes early or your spot can be booked and no refunds will be given. Driver of the jet ski cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right to administer a breathalyzer test to any participants. If breathalyzer test is refused by participant, no refund will be given and ride will be cancelled. Only 2 people max per jet ski - no exceptions! Weight limit on Jet Skis is 400lbs due to risk of flipping Jet Ski and safety. If you were planning on getting 1 ski for 2 people with a combined weight of over 400lbs, you must purchase 2 separate skis. If total weight is over 400lbs you will not be allowed to participate and no refunds will be given. You may be asked to be weighed at the discretion of our staff before riding to confirm weight.

Note : Keep in mind that there is a limit on each boat for the number of bodies, including pets. This means that if you reserve a 13 passenger vessel, you can only have a maximum number of 13 adults, children, and pets.
