Any cancellation made prior to 7 days (168 hours) before your rental will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within the 7 day window will not be eligible for a refund and will not be able to reschedule to a different time. We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes, but because most of our reservations are made more than 1 week in advance, cancelling your reservation less than 7 days in advance does not give us the time we need to re-book your spot.

Note : Inclement weather needs to be planned for by the Renter. A rental credit WILL NOT be given for bad weather unless the weather in question involves conditions deemed too dangerous for the use of equipment by the on-site manager. In the event the on-site manager does consider conditions too dangerous, you will be given a rental credit to use another day. Bottom line, we live in the northwest and the weather changes frequently and needs to be accounted for when booking.
