Hourly and Day Use: 24-hour cancellation notice is required without penalty Multi-Day: 72-hour notice is required without penalty. Holiday and Weekly Rentals: 7-day notice is required without penalty. “No Shows” or Same Day Cancellations: will be charged a $100 service charge.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : Inclement Weather: Does not require a 24-hour notice, but clients must call or Email to reschedule or cancel. Bad weather often passes, and you may want to go out once weather clears or reschedule for a different date. No penalty or change fees for cancellations or changes due to bad weather.
