This will be a credit ONLY from there on out, (you can’t reschedule then say you are more then 14 days out for a full refund).
No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.
No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.
Note : In the event of bad weather NLTBR reserves the right to reschedule. Tahoe is a massive lake, there are no refunds because it is a little wavy. Safety is our priority and we will not let you go out if NLTBR does not deem it safe. This is solely NLTBR’s decision and will not be canceled until the DAY OF your rental, if you choose not to reschedule you will get a full refund (Minus NON-REFUNDABLE booking Fee). If there is an state of emergency (wildfire, weather, ect) we will hold a FULL CREDIT for you. No cash refunds will be given. These credits can be used for ANY future rental with us.
Allow pets : YES
Note : Yes, we do allow dogs. However, we ask that they do not get on the seats and that you have a towel down when they are stepping in. The dog (you) are responsible for all rips on the boat when they are on board. Please know, we LOVE dogs but we have to have strict policies in regards to them. Seat repairs cost upwards of $1000 depending on the size of the seat, which is not covered. We want everyone to know this upfront so there are no suprises. ("wow they are charging me a ridiculous amount for a small rip in the seat!").Lastly, the dog needs to be well behaved.. If they are running around the dock crazy when they get there or yanking on the leash, we cannot let them on.
