Cancellations Cancellations without a 72 hour notice are non refundable. If you do not arrive at least 30-minutes prior to your rental time you will forfeit your slot. Re-Scheduling Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance of your booking to re-schedule. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : In the event of severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental.
