Cancellation Policy

Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Charters canceled 15 days in advance will be able to choose between a full refund or a credit towards a future charter. For cancellations made less than 15 days in advance, customers will receive a credit towards a future charter; no refunds will be provided.

Strict No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

We aren’t scared of a little rain! It’s common, especially in the summer months, to experience fast moving rain showers and unless the forecast calls for steady rain all day long, we generally don’t worry about it. The Captain is always checking the weather to ensure that conditions are safe and enjoyable for our guests. In the event that a charter is canceled due to weather, we will work to reschedule the charter or issue a refund for our out of town guests.

Florida law requires that children under the age of 6 wear a USCG-approved Type I, II or III floatation device while the boat is underway. We have flotation devices rated for children that weigh over 30 pounds. If your child weighs less than 30 pounds, you will need to bring the correct size life vest for them to wear.
