Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : f Cancellation notice is received received between 60-46 days prior to the check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the Total (taken at the time of booking) will be forfeited and the balance will be refunded.
If Cancellation notice is received between 45-31 days prior to the check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the Total (taken at the time of booking) will be forfeited and the balance will be refunded.
If Cancellation notice is received within 30 days (0-30) of the check-in date, the full booking amount of the tour and taxes will be forfeited.
