Reservations may be cancelled as late as 48 hrs prior to rental date with full refund. There are too many reasons for cancellation due to safety, park regulations or legal matters to list them all, so WazSUP Kayaks reserves the right to cancel or terminate any rental at any time for any reason. No shows for reserved rentals may be charged additional fees at the discretion of WazSUP Kayaks. If a customer is not at the agreed upon location for pick up or delivery, this is also considered a no show.
Note : Cancellations due to extreme weather are permitted with full refund at the discretion of WazSUP Kayaks.
