Due to the seasonality of our Cowan Lake Marina operation and the high demand for pontoon rentals, it is imperative that our rentals run smoothly. Canceling rental reservations will cause a rental to be lost for the entire day. Due to these reasons we have adopted a strict reservation policy. 14' Motor Boats, Canoes and Kayaks are not reservable. These are first come, first serve. The pontoon reservation policy is as follows: Your reservation time will be strictly enforced and doesn't guarantee a rental after scheduled time. Rental reservations are only held for 15 minutes and then the boat will be released. Pontoon reservations will be accepted on weekends and holidays only. Holidays and holiday weekend reservations will require a $100 non-refundable deposit. Strictly enforced, no exceptions. Deposit will be applied to the rental cost at time of check-in. Deposit will not be refundable, not transferable, nor will a rain check be issued.
