This policy pertains to only self-driven boats. (please see ATX Aquafun or Fun Ship page for those cancellation policies) You will be charged for your reservation at the time of booking. Riviera Marina has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. You have up to 48 hours before your trip to receive a full refund of your rental. If you are in the 48-hour window before your rental, there will be absolutely no refunds for canceling. Weather cancellation will be determined by the marina manager/owner.
Note : In the event of weather conditions that we deem in our sole discretion to be unsafe a refund will be given. In the event of lake closure by government authority a full refund will be given.
