Cancellation Policy: All cancelations must be within 14 days of booking for a refund. Full refund if booking date is at least 14 days away. For cancelations made with 7-14 days of booking date there will be a 50% refund. For cancelations inside of 7 days there will be no refund.

Note : Please note we will charge the balance on your saved card 7 days from your reservation start. By accepting these rules that will allow us to charge your card for the full balance 7 days out. Renters must follow the NYS navigation law and Indian Lake laws. The rental boat's weight limit and passenger capacity must be followed. Overloading is hazardous and may cause damage or capsizing. If renting the boat for multiple days and overnight the renter is responsible for securing boat at campsite or dock location and is liable for any damage caused if not properly secured or anchored at location Damage caused by camping equipment or overloading of boat will be at the sole responsibility of renter and will be charged at parts plus hourly labor Pets are allowed on rental boats, and there is no additional pet fee. However, renters will be charged for any damage or excessive dirtiness caused by their pets.
