Cancellation Policy Reservations must be cancelled in writing by email at Reserve@ChatugePaddle.com Cancel with 24+ hours to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation time will receive a refund minus a $10 surcharge. No-shows, and paddlers who do not arrive in time for their scheduled departure are not eligible for a refund
