Pine Creek Outfitters makes arrangements for staff, equipment, and resources to be available once a reservation is made. We are unable to offer full refunds for late cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows. Please make sure your plans are set before reserving. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for shuttles. Pine Creek Outfitters operates Rain or Shine. There is a $10/ person non refundable deposit. Refunds will be issued for the item prices; taxes and processing fees will not. Customers will only be issued a refund (minus $10/ person processing fee) with more than 48 hour notice. Customers with less than 48 hour notice will not receive a refund. Contact us by phone to cancel. No-shows will be charged the full price. Late arrivals may be considered a no-show. -Changes and/ or Rebookings may be charged additional processing fees.
