Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days (1 week) prior to trip date, however there is a $5.00 charge for any cancellations outside of the 7 day grace period. Any cancellations of watercraft after 7 days of trip can expect no refunds. We understand things happen in everyone’s life, but we are a business and we expect and appreciate that you follow our policies. Thank you
Note : No refunds are issued due to undesirable weather. However, in the event of high water or continuing dangerous weather, you will be entitled to a credit letter for the value of your trip. Good through the following year.
