Guests will receive a full refund or credit if a reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to their reservation date/time. There will be no refunds/rebooking for guests who no show or do not cancel 48 hours prior to their reservation date/time.
Note : There are no refunds/rebooking for bad weather or rain under 48 hours prior to reservation date/time. Guests will receive a full refund/credit if Lake Estes cancels a reservation during a lightning storm or other unforeseen circumstances.
