30+ days before reservation = 100% refund; 15-30 days before reservation = 50% refund; 7-14 days before reservation = 25% refund; 0-7 days before reservation = 0% refund.

Note : There are absolutely no refunds for no-shows. The best thing to do if you are not sure you will show is call but it must be before the scheduled reservation time. We will make every effort to reschedule towards a future rental without losing the credit with, just a call.
