We have a standard 48-hour cancellation policy. Those cancelling 48 hours or more prior to their reservation will receive a full refund. Those cancelling within those 48 hours of their reservation can re-schedule their boat rental to a new date at no charge or have the deposit be held for a year. "No shows" can be charged the full rental rate.
